BCL will conduct a seminar Commercial Real Estate for entrepreneurs that are considering the purchase or construction of commercial property for their business operations from 2 to 3 p.m. Friday, March 2. Entrepreneurs will receive tips on when to buy and will learn the best finance sources for owner occupied commercial real estate loans.
