Pull out your inline skates and come out for a race!

Inline skaters will be in Round Rock on April 5-6, 2008 for the 5th Annual Texas Road Rash Inline Skate Marathon and Half Marathon at Old Settlers Park.

The event will feature an elimination race on Saturday, April 5, and the marathon and half marathon to follow on Sunday morning. New for 2008, skaters will compete for a cash purse. The course is a looped course through Old Settlers Park from the Dell Diamond. Visit www.texasroadrash.com for all the details.

All registrants receive a short-sleeved T-shirt, packet goodies and are eligible for door prizes at the event. After the race, guests will enjoy Texas-style Race Day Activities to include complimentary drinks, fruit and enjoy the Taste of Texas at the finish line with barbecue, adult beverages and live music from Guy Forsyth from 10:30 am - noon.
