Round Rock Express Mascot, Spike, visits the LibraryThe 2008 Summer Reading Club Jubilee kicks off with a fun-filled day at the Round Rock Public Library.

Round Rock Express Mascot, Spike, will visit the library on June 5 between 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. Fire engine number 2 will vist the library parking lot between 2 and 3 p.m.

A Scholastic Book Fair will be held in Library Meeting room B from June 2-6. Please check the June calendar for times.

The reading program is a self-paced reading program for all ages, from infants to adults. Participants read and record either the number of books or hours they read, and earn coupons and incentives, or prize drawing slips in the teen and adult programs. The reading program lasts until August 4th, which is the last day to turn in reading logs. You must have a Round Rock Public Library card to be eligible to participate.
