Romeo & Juliet" Written by William Shakespeare

Opening night is Friday Sept 19 with shows continuing Thursday - Saturday at 8 pm and Sunday at 2 pm. through October 11.

Sam Bass Community Theatre (www.sambasstheatre.org) has been offering quality live theatre in Round Rock for over 25 years. We produce 6 to 7 shows during each season providing a mixture that is well-balanced for all tastes. In addition to our regular theatre offerings, we provide ongoing theatre education through our Directors' Workshop, our Youth Guild programs and youth theatre summer camps.

SBCT is a non-profit organization run completely by volunteers. We are in what was the old depot building that served the railroad running through Round Rock. The old depot was converted into the Old Depot Stage in 1981 and then moved to its current location at 600 Lee St. in Memorial Park in 1984. Thanks to a grant from the Union Pacific Foundation and the work of many volunteers we are continuing to make improvements to our building for the comfort of our audiences.
