The Barnes and Noble at La Fronter presents a book signing with Tab Lloyd, author of Free Texas: Free Things to See and Do in the Lone Star State, from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27. Pick up a copy of the book ($14.95 plus tax) while visiting Barnes and Noble, and have it autographed by Tab. The book has over 125 free attractions; each attraction article includes a history of the area and what can been seen and done there when visiting. Tab is an educator in Central Texas, and the book is packed with fun facts in addition to the history lessons about our great state.
