‘Twas the Night Before Christmas “Texas-style” Storyboards on display in Round Rock
The City of Round Rock is excited to offer “Twas the Night Before Christmas” storyboards
in Old Settlers Park on display from December 13 through the New Year at Old Settlers Park. The storyboards tell the tale of a Texas-style Christmas Eve.
"We invite everyone out to Old Settlers Park to drive through and enjoy this free addition to our park for the holidays," Parks and Recreation Director Rick Atkins said.
Guests may enter the park at the intersection of Harrell Parkway and Highway 79 and read the boards which are along the park drive near the Lakeview Pavilion. The City has a Christmas light display downtown too with lights all along Main Street on giant Christmas wreaths, lights on the gazebo and the City has lit the famous Round Rock water tower with more than 5000 lights and giant 12 foot stars shine on the tower. The storyboards and lights will be on display until January 1.
