DragonHeart Karate presents high energy self-defense course that will address bullying in schools, and abduction prevention or "stranger danger." We will be teaching a few basic escapes that are easy to learn and very practical for everyday use. We will cover what to watch out for with strangers and unknown adults, and who to go to for help if it is needed.
