This project will construct a collector/distributor on the IH 35 southbound frontage road at Hester's Crossing, replace the IH 35 overpass at Hester's Crossing, align Business 35 (South Mays Street) with Dell Way and construct intersection and signal improvements at Hester's Crossing and the southbound frontage road, the northbound frontage road and Business 35/Dell Way.
