As of September 2012, there will be two staggered Planning and Zoning Commission review cycles per month. Please refer to the P&Z Meeting Schedule. Below is a schedule of plat submittal and review deadlines. City Council approval is not required for plats. Please note:
Submittals due by 12:00 noon on submittal date. A staff member will review the submittal for completeness with the applicant; for this reason please bring submittals in person rather than by courier
Review comments sent to owner's/developer's agent/representative (engineer, surveyor, etc.)
Agent forwards all final corrected documents and supporting materials OR postponement waiver to PDS by 12:00 noon
