SMART Program: S.M.A.R.T Parents for Youth Sports
The S.M.A.R.T. Program is a parents training developed to promote fun, fair play, safety and respect for others.

This training has been set up for the parents with children participating in youth sports to make their children's experience positive from start to finish. It covers volunteering, team formation, practice and game schedules, rain outs, make-up games, playoffs and more. It also covers questions about when the behavior of participants (athletes, coaches, parents, fans) becomes inappropriate and how to make youth sports better for the child, family, league, and community.

When you register for a Round Rock Parks and Recreation Youth Athletic League, your fee for any live class is covered. These classes include any held at Gatti*Land and the McConico Building. Parents can also check out a video ($10 fee) or watch the program online ($5 fee).

Youth Basketball League
Get your young hoopsters ready to play! Our annual youth basketball program for ages 5-17 years of age. Practices and games are at local RRISD schools and Clay Madsen Recreation Center. SMART parent training is mandatory for this league. 

Youth Volleyball Leagues
Round Rock Parks and Recreation will offer youth volleyball for girls ages 7-14 years.  Practices and games will be at RRISD schools and the Clay Madsen Recreation Center.
