Police arrest two suspects for series of vehicle burglaries

On Monday, Oct. 3, Round Rock Police arrested Milton Gabriel Campos, 19, of Manor, and Victor Logan Flores, 23, of Austin, for multiple counts of burglary of a vehicle.

During the month of June, the city of Round Rock experienced a significant increase in car burglary reports. These offenses occurred during the night time hours in residential areas and the suspects targeted unlocked vehicles. Detectives developed Campos as a suspect by reviewing surveillance video provided by multiple victims and ultimately identified Flores as an accomplice in the offenses.

These suspects targeted the following neighborhoods: Kensington Place, Windy Park, Greenslopes at Lake Creek, Forest Bluffs and Preserve at Dyer Creek. Campos is charged with twelve counts of burglary of vehicle with bonds totaling $180,000 and is in the Williamson County Jail. Flores is charged with nine counts of burglary of vehicle with bonds totaling $90,000 and is in the Travis County Jail.
