Resident Parking Permits

There are two areas in Round Rock where on-street parking is restricted to neighborhood residents during certain hours. These areas are near Round Rock High School (Lake Creek West Parking District) and Old Town Elementary School (Plantation Cove Parking District).

Residents may obtain a permit from the Planning and Development Services Department free of charge with proof of residency (driver’s license and/or utility bill with current address).

If you are a resident and receive a ticket, you can have the ticket dismissed if you obtain a permit within 30 days.

Lake Creek West Resident Parking District

The Lake Creek West Resident Parking District covers several residential streets near Round Rock High School, including Glenda Drive, Westwood Drive, Lakewood Lane, Bonwood Drive, and Lake Creek Drive (between Westwood Drive and Round Rock West Drive – see map on right).

Only vehicles that have a residential permit sticker may park in these areas during school hours (weekdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
