Proclamations are often requested to commemorate or publicize upcoming events. Requests for proclamations must be made at least one month in advance using our Proclamation Request Form. All proclamations must be approved by the Mayor.
Due to the number of requests we receive, we are unable to accommodate all proclamation requests. To request a proclamation for consideration, please submit the Proclamation Request Form to the City Clerk by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
