The Allen R. Baca Center offers many trips throughout the Central Texas area. We travel within 2.5 hours of the Baca Center. We do NOT offer overnight trips. Participants are responsible for checking meal costs ahead of time through the restaurants website and traditionally restaurants charge an 8-20% gratuity. Due to the bus configuration we can only accept on wheelchair per trip. Please notify the Baca Center team if you have special needs. Those with a wheelchair must register with the program coordinator for all trips. We leave promptly at the designated time. Late arrivals may not make the trip and there will be NO refunds.

SPRING TRIP REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
Here are the ways you can register for our spring trips:
ONLINE at www.roundrockrecreation.com—This is the easiest way and can be done beginning at midnight on January 28. As a Baca Center member, you already have an online account with Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department. Please do NOT create a new account, as it will not recognize your membership and you will be charged the additional $5 per trip.
If you have NEVER accessed your account online, we will need to send you a temporary password. Please request it at from the Baca Center Front Desk or call 512-218-5549 PRIOR to January 27.
If you have accessed your account online before, but don’t know your password, select Forgot Your Password and a temporary one will be emailed to you. The email address must match the one we have on file for you. If you are unsure of the email we have on file for you, please request it at from the Baca Center Front Desk or call 512-218-5549 PRIOR to January 27.
IN PERSON AT THE BACA CENTER—This will be first come, first served with numbers handed out at 7:00 am when the building opens. Registration will begin at 8:00 am sharp. Please have your trip registration sheet completed and your payment ready to expedite the process. There is no need to arrive at the center before 7:00 am.
PHONE IN REGISTRATION—Please only call ONCE and leave a short message with your name and phone number. Calls will be returned in the order they are received. Calling more than once will not get you registered any quicker, as we will not be answering the phone until all phone calls have been returned. Please have your trip sheet completed and your payment ready. Make sure you keep your phone and this information handy. If we call and you do not answer, you will go to the bottom of the list.
Full payment is due at the time of registration. We accept cash, check made to City of Round Rock, Visa or Mastercard. Only credit cards will be an acceptable form of payment over the phone. If you would like to register one other person and they are NOT on your account, we will need name, address, date of birth and phone number and signed waiver to complete their registration. Please remember, only those 50+ can travel with the Baca Center and non-members pay an additional $5/trip.
Participants in wheelchairs that are unable to use the restroom or participate on their own will need to bring along a companion, relative or personal care taker. You will also need to tell the Baca team of your condition when you register so proper arrangements can be made for use of the lift. Due to the configuration of the bus, only one wheelchair can fit on the bus however, persons in a wheelchair that can transfer to a seat can also be accommodated.
