Earth Day Festival

Seeking exhibitors with a focus on environmental education

Join us for the 2019 Earth Day Festival from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 20, in Old Settlers Park. This event aims to bring the community together while promoting the awareness to care for the Earth’s environment. The Earth Day Festival is a free event, geared towards all ages, with a wide variety of activities and services.

Help plant trees, clean the park, enjoy demonstration clinics, vendor booths and more! The first 400 who attend get a commemorative FREE Earth Day T-shirt. Go to more information.

Schedule of events:
9 a.m.: Welcome, Schedule of Events, Instructions
9-11 a.m.: Booths open and ongoing activities
9:15 a.m.: Tree Planting
9:45 a.m.: Junior Park Ranger Presentation
10:15 a.m.: Park Cleanup
10:15 a.m.: Demonstration Clinics: Tree Pruning, Mulching, Home Irrigation, Recycling (all subject to change)
11:45 a.m.: Closing Remarks, Raffle
