The City of Round Rock, Texas is responsible for implementing roadway projects, some of which are funded in part with federal financial assistance awarded by the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration. The City of Round Rock affirms that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability or religion (where the primary objective of the financial assistance is to provide employment per 42 U.S.C. § 200d-3) be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity conducted by the City regardless of whether these projects and activities are federally funded or not.

Any person who believes they have been discriminated against may file a complaint.
