All In: Relating to One Another Through Empathy
December 1, 2021 @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
As we continue to endure the global health crisis together, the practice of empathy is paramount. Join Alicia Kae Miller for All In: Relating to One Another Through Empathy, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 1, via Zoom, to learn guiding principles toward better understanding ourselves and one another during this period of prolonged isolation.
In addition, Alicia will share practical advice to help us connect more profoundly and advance critical conversations in our lives, work, and communities. Empathy can be applied to every aspect of our lives, including:
Family: The practice of empathy starts at home and ripples into our broader lives, work, and communities.
Business: Through the practice of empathy, we pave the way for employee retention, ensure loyalty from our best customers, and increase sales and revenue.
Community: Empathy instills dignity, builds trust, and bridges the distance between “me” and “we.”
