The Round Rock Public Library, in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration, will offer a series of workshops for small business owners (or those who are interested in starting their own business) on Fridays through March, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. These free timely workshops, presented by recognized experts and practitioners, will cover a variety of issues facing small business owners and entrepreneurs including financial issues, marketing, strategic planning and alternatives for funding.
Join us on Friday, Feb. 17 for Strategic Planning for Small Business. In this workshop you will be introduced to an easy-to-use, highly-effective process and tool to analyze your business’ greatest strengths, prioritize and strategize your greatest opportunities, shore up your organization’s weaknesses, and effectively prepare for and mitigate against an economic downturn, government regulations, and aggressive competition. This is much more than an informational class. In it, you will begin to develop a strategic marketing plan and implementation timetable for your company.
