Yoga enhances the body’s healing process in a simple and effective manner. For example, sitting in one asana can give you the benefits of 10 to 15 minutes of walking. The benefits derived stay with you forever. An increase in lung capacity will not reduce if you stop practicing yoga. Hence the return on investment (money, energy, and time) is relatively higher and long-term.
The instructor’s style of yoga is Patanjali. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle.
