Rockin’ Kids Club: Science of Soils

What's the deal with dirt? Explore the soil beneath our feet with the Good Water Master Naturalists

March 20 @ 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

| Free

Texas Master NaturalistsIt’s a very special science week at Round Rock Public Library as we look into something that’s critical for healthy plants, insects, and animals: dirt.

Soil is fascinating stuff.

Elementary students are invited to explore the science of soil through hands-on discovery activities.

One activity will involve food; no nut products will be present, but dairy products will be.

Guiding our explorations will be a team of Good Water Master Naturalists.

Thank you to Brainpop.com for our soil image.

Every Monday afternoon the library hosts a rotating schedule of activities. Join the fun at 4:30 p.m.

  • 1st Monday: LEGO® free-build
  • 2nd Monday: Art Club
  • 3rd Monday: Science Club
  • 4th Monday: Game On!
  • 5th Monday: Bonus activity
