How can I speak in front of the City Council?

You may address the City Council during the Citizens Communications section of the agenda. All comments are limited to 3 minutes. In order to be recognized during the Citizen’s Communications, an Appearance Before the City Council card must be completed and placed in the designated box at the back of the Council Chambers. Please note that if the matter you wish to discuss is not on the agenda, you may prefer to discuss the matter with the City Manager’s office so that necessary facts can be gathered and the matter may be placed on the agenda for a future City Council meeting. Matters or request not appearing on the agenda may not be acted upon.
