When do I have to return my items?

Please keep your library materials at home until we reopen. No late fees will be charged.

Can I return my items if I am done with them?

Please hold on to your items until we reopen. Our outside book returns are closed until we reopen.

What materials can I checked out from the library?

Can I borrow books through Interlibrary loan?

There are no interlibrary loan services at this time.

I was notified that my library card is expiring or has expired. How can I renew my library card?

To temporarily extend your library card expiration date, please call 512-218-7001 between 9 a.m – 6 p.m.

I purchased Mystery Night tickets? How can I get a refund?

For Mystery Night refunds, please email rrpls@roundrocktexas.gov or call Michelle Cervantes at 512-218-7010.

What has happened to the tax services hosted by the library?

Foundation Communities has decided to suspend in-person tax services at all sites until further notice. The IRS has extended the payment deadline for 2019 federal returns to July 15.
