PolicyMap offers thousands of data indicators—like income levels, housing conditions, education, health outcomes, and more. Nonprofits can use this data to:
Identify underserved or high-need areas
Tailor programs and services to specific communities
Prioritize resource allocation effectively
Support funding applications with compelling maps and data visuals
Show demographic and economic trends over time
Demonstrate the impact of current or proposed initiatives
About the Presenter
Betsy joined PolicyMap in 2014 working in outreach to the academic and public library market. Prior to that, she worked in the online information industry including 12+ years with Thomson Dialog in strategic account management, subject training and customer support for the pharmaceutical, business and intellectual property markets. She has an undergraduate degree from Villanova and an MSLS from Drexel.
