Mainly Art – Spring 2026

It takes place on Main Street — and it’s all about art!

Mainly Art is a vibrant, free, outdoor art market held monthly along historic Main Street — with the Spring 2026 season taking place once-a-month from March to June in Prete Plaza and the downtown Paseo — where visitors can stroll through downtown and browse the work of 15 different local visual artists.

More than just a shopping opportunity, Mainly Art fosters a lively community atmosphere where art lovers can meet the creators, enjoy the charm of Round Rock’s walkable downtown, and support the local arts scene — making it a favorite stop for families, visitors, and longtime locals alike.

During our March 28th event: During our spring season kick-off, we’ll not only have Mainly Art, but the Round Rock ISD Fine Arts will host its Rrock the Block during our event too. Look for live music, make-and-take tables, student art show and more. Admission is free.

Three events in one: Mainly Art takes place on Main Street – and it’s all about art! Enjoy shopping from 15 very different local and area artists for one of a kind art and gifts. Mainly Art is a series from the City of Round Rock Arts and Culture to support visual artists with the free opportunity to sell their work. Rrock the Block with Round Rock ISD Fine Arts will include a student art exhibition, live music performances, take-and-make stations, and more. Adding to the excitement, the City Arts Center will be open and buzzing with activity, with art available for purchase and an artist talk.
