Prescription Drug Take Back

On Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Round Rock Police Department, in partnership with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), will host a Prescription Drug Take-Back event. This event provides a safe and convenient way to dispose of expired, unused, or unwanted prescription medications.
The event will take place in the front parking lot of the Round Rock Police Department, located at 2701 N. Mays St., Round Rock.
Accepted Items:
- Prescription medications
- Over-the-counter medications
- Diabetic test strips
- Pet medications
Not Accepted:
- Needles or syringes
- Thermometers
- IV bags
- Medical devices
- Personal care products
Please Note:
- This event is for Round Rock residents only
- Medical businesses are not permitted to use this service and must follow DEA guidelines for proper disposal
