Scary Fairy Tales (N. Gogol)

Austin Russian Theater Company presents two stories from the “Evenings on the farm near Dykanka” cycle by N. Gogol: “Drowned Maiden” and “Night Before Christmas”. Set in 1700s Ukraine, these “scary” stories feature demons, witches, and all sorts of mischief, but love conquers all. Performed in Russian; English translation available.
