Lone Star Saber Academy Performance and Training

It’s Star Wars Reads Day at Round Rock Public Library!

Celebrate with local Star Wars enthusiasts with a Lone Star Saber Academy performance. Afterwards, the LSSA members will help you learn some Jedi stagefighting moves for your own adventures.

Join us in the 2nd Floor Program Space.

Guests of all ages can enjoy the performance, but you must be at least 6 years old to participate in the training sessions. There are two 45-minute performances and training sessions:

• 12:30 – 1:15 p.m.
• 2 – 2:45 p.m.

Before, after, and in-between, Lone Star Saber Academy members will wander the library and be available for photos and questions.

Costumes are welcome.

This activity is part of The Moon and Beyond, a series of events in September and October in support of RRPL’s One Community Four Books program. Some participants will win a free pair of solar eclipse viewing glasses to use for the eclipses visible in Round Rock on Oct. 14, 2023 and April 8, 2024.
