The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has put on hold the closing of lanes at the southbound I-35 frontage road bridge and at the RM 1431 bridge in order to set beams for the Diverging Diamond Interchange project.
Weather conditions have caused the closure date to change over the past two weeks.
