"Whoa, that's a full rainbow. All the way. Double rainbow. Oh my God. It's a double rainbow all the way. Whoa, that's so intense."
Anyone else catch this magical sight after the rain?

Round Rock ran out of water in 1978. And we darn sure aren’t letting that happen again. 🫡 In fact, the City has committed to securing a seriously diverse portfolio of water sources and continues to improve it. Why? Because we’re planning for a future that includes 250,000 residents... whether we like it or not, y’all.
Here’s where we get our water from:
💧 Lake Georgetown
💧 Lake Stillhouse Hollow
💧 Lake Travis
💧 Wells drilled into the Edwards Aquifer
The Deepwater Intake project will further ensure reliability even as Lake Travis water levels fluctuate by constructing a permanent raw water intake deep within the lake. With this project, Round Rock’s allocation will increase from approximately 11 million gallons per day today, to about 21.8 million gallons per day, in addition to our current water sources.
This project will continue to enable Round Rock to meet the growing demands of our community for years to come, ensuring reliable water access for the community even during drought conditions.
