Season passes can be purchased in person at Rock’N River Water Park during park operating hours, the Clay Madsen Recreation Center or the Baca Center. Mastercard and Visa are accepted at Rock’N River as well as cash. No coins under $.25 (quarter) please. No checks at Rock’N River.
In order to maintain appropriate supervision, parents/guardians must maintain ACTIVE supervision of children 10 years and under.
New Attractions at Rock’N River Water Park
Rock’N River now includes a huge sprayground play area called “Splashville” that includes 51 play features. Play features include 4 new water slides, tipping buckets, down jets, hose jets, tipping cone, water curtain, water guns, net obstacles and more! This unit alone nearly doubles the existing Rock N River
pool capacity with 6,650 sq. ft. of play room which can accommodate approximately 500 guests.
Guests must be 40″ to ride the Blue Blazes, Yellow Sidewinder & Orange Outlaw slides.
The expansion also includes “The Quarry” an adventure area featuring a 12 foot Jumping Platform and Rock Climbing Wall with waterfall feature. Have no fear if you can’t climb the rock wall to the top as you just fall back into the water. Additionally a Drop Slide with 4 foot drop into deep water lagoon is also integrated into the rock wall. This area also includes water volleyball or basketball.
Guests must be 48″ and pass a swim test to use Dropslide, Diving Platform or Rock Wall.
The Watering Hole:
“The Watering Hole” includes a Leisure Lagoon and Food Service Area that features 13 covered swim up concession seats along with a walk up concession area. Watch your favorite sporting event on our various TVs located throughout. This area also includes water basketball for big fun in the sun and a zero depth entry pool with small geysers for the kids. Lounge chairs are available at our water sun deck that allows you to stay cool while you enjoy the sun.
The Hitching Post:
You will also enjoy the new “Hitching Post” food truck circle. The “The Hitching Post” features delicious food and drink options for lunch and dinner. Food trucks will be rotated throughout the season offering you and your family many options.
Cabanas, Umbrella and Picnic Pavilion Rentals:
To top it all off you will love relaxing in one of our new Rental Cabanas, Umbrella Rentals or our Central Picnic Pavilion.
Rental Cabanas feature a love seat, 2 chairs, 2 sling chases, side table and cable enabled television. The Cabanas can accommodate up to 10 people in luxury. Umbrella areas feature various tables and chairs and can accommodate up to 24 people. Our Picnic Pavilion is the perfect place to host a larger party and can accommodate up to 50 people. Monday-Friday day-of rentals must be processed by 10:30 a.m. This allows the team onsite to prep for the rental before the park opens.
You will also enjoy the newly revitalized White Stone Beach featuring a zero depth entry and interactive play features. The Lookout featuring two adventure slides. Buckaroo Pond is the perfect place to enjoy shade and a toddler size slide. The Lazy R section of the park is where you can lounge in the lazy river.
Swim Attire Guidelines
Proper swim attire must be worn whenever enjoying a City of Round Rock public pool. Proper swim attire is defined as articles of clothing made of materials designed for use in the water. If you have any questions regarding what is or is not considered proper swim attire, please refer to the quick reference guide below or seek the assistance of an aquatics team member.
Prohibited: Swim wear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation are not allowed in the water. Underwear is not allowed. Thong bikinis, revealing swimwear and see through attire is prohibited. Lifeguard apparel is also not allowed in any City of Round Rock public pool facility.
Cover-ups for modesty or sun protection may be worn in addition to proper swim attire. Aquatics Team Members reserve the right to have final interpretation of all pool rules.
Glass Containers, Alcohol and Tobacco including electronic/vapor are NOT allowed in any of the facilities. Coolers and bags will be searched upon entry. Children must be 12 years or older to enter the facility without an adult.
