Flashlight Egg Hunt

The sun has set and the moon shines bright; Join us for an egg hunt in the night.
A treat filled hunt ring waits for you; Eggs, Candy, Prizes and lots of fun too!
Bring your flashlight and a basket to fill; It’s so exciting you can’t sit still!
We encourage fair play and friendliness too; So please hunt nicely, it’s the right thing to do!
You won’t want to miss so join in on the fun; Stay for a movie when the hunt is done!
Join your Parks and Recreation Department for the annual Flashlight Egg Hunt taking place Thursday, March 28th from 6 to 10pm at Old Settlers Park.
We ask that you please arrive 30 minutes early to ensure you are able to attend your designated hunt time.
Tickets for this event are PRE-SALE ONLY! A limited number of participants are allowed in each hunt; purchase tickets early to ensure your space. Early registration (Aug 1 – March 13) fees are $7 per hunter; late registration (begins March 14) fees are $10. Participants can only register for one hunt. Parents DO NOT need to register.

We ask that you please arrive at least 30-45 minutes early to ensure you are able to attend your designated hunt time.

7:00pm: Parent Assisted Hunt for ages 0-4 years: Not quite as dark for our younger hunters. Only one parent will be allowed in the hunt ring to assist, parent must stay with hunter at all times. Please only register the hunters. Parents DO NOT need to register. To register, CLICK HERE!
8:00pm: Twilight Parent Assisted Hunt for ages 5 years and older: SOLD OUT
8:30pm: Flashlight Parent Assisted Hunt for ages 5 years and older: SOLD OUT
9:00pm: Flashlight Children Only Hunt: SOLD OUT

Old Settlers Park, 3300 E. Palm Valley Blvd., Round Rock, 78665
*We recommend using this address in your GPS to navigate to the event.
The event will be held in the Dell Diamond Northwest Parking Lot and field directly north (Pedestrians will not be crossing Harrell Parkway this year, but please be aware of the roadway)
Parking will be located in the Dell Diamond West Parking Lot.
When entering from the SOUTH (Hwy 79/E. Palm Valley), remain in the RIGHT LANE to be directed to parking.
If entering from the NORTH (Old Settlers Blvd., through Old Settlers Park), you will not be able to make a LEFT turn in to the West Parking Lot; you will continue south and enter parking by Salt Lick Barbecue.
Wristband Pick Up:
You may pick up your Flashlight Egg Hunt wristband at the Clay Madsen Recreation Center on March 26 from 12pm-8pm, March 27 from 8am-8pm, or March 28 from 8am-12pm.
Wristbands can also be picked up at the event starting at 6pm.

*The Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to modify, relocate and/or cancel a special event due to forecasted weather and/or turf conditions that may cause the event site to be unsafe or unsuitable for event activities. If a special event is cancelled, a program credit may be given to registered participants at the discretion of the Parks and Recreation Director. This will be communicated to registered participants via email within one week after the event date.
