Holiday Bazaar Arts and Crafts Show

The City of Round Rock’s Clay Madsen Recreation Center invites you to the 21st Annual Rockin’ Around the Holidays Bazaar from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025.
A variety of vendors will be present for you to start shopping for unique and handcrafted items.
Admission is free but please bring a canned food item or boxes of colorful Band-Aids for the Children’s hospital.
All Vendor Booth Spaces are FULL!
At this time, we are no longer accepting vendor applications.
Vendor Information
The Holiday Bazaar is an opportunity for local and surrounding city exhibitors and crafters to sell and display their unique, hand-crafted and creative merchandise. This event is hosted by the Clay Madsen Recreation Center, Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department.
Additional services — including table, chair, corner booth and electricity — must be selected and paid for in advance and will not be available for purchase on the day of the show. Electricity is not available for outdoor booths.
Vendors will be informed of acceptance/denial into the Holiday Bazaar. Do not assume that submission of application guarantees you a space in the Holiday Bazaar. Approved Booth applications will be contacted for payment. Booths will not be held or reserved without payment. Payment methods include cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.
