Rocking Kids Club: Movie afternoon with WALL-E ©Disney Pixar (Rated G)

September 25 @ 2:00 pm 3:45 pm

School’s out for Round Rock ISD students!

Grab your movie buddies, pop some popcorn, and bring a snuggly blanket for an afternoon movie in the Library’s 1st Floor Meeting Room.

We’re watching WALL-E (©Disney Pixar) as part of our month-long celebration of space.

This movie is rated G. It is 98 minutes long.

Summary:

“This Oscar-winning CGI-animated delight, is set on a wasteland Earth circa 2800, where the last robot on the planet, a centuries-old trash compactor named WALL-E, romances a sleek, high-tech android.”

We are able to share this video thanks to the movie license purchased by the Friends of the Round Rock Public Library.

This activity is part of The Moon and Beyond, a series of events in September and October in support of RRPL’s One Community Four Books program. Some attendees will win a free pair of solar eclipse viewing glasses to use for the eclipses visible in Round Rock on Oct. 14, 2023 and April 8, 2024.
