How well do you know the history of African-Americans in Williamson County? The Round Rock Black History Organization and the Round Rock Public Library present a Black History Month Master Class, featuring Mr. Ernest Rector, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 15, Round Rock Public Library, Meeting Room C.
Mr. Rector, who is from Taylor, Texas, will discuss the story of his family from slavery to the present, which he acquired through various genealogical methods, resources and word-of-mouth.

About the presenter
Mr. Ernest Rector manages three rental properties, and serves as a volunteer for Big Brothers and Sisters and Income Tax preparation. He also counsels truant school children. His hobbies include photography, music, computers, cooking, barbecuing, traveling, attending church, fitness, and other incidental hobbies.
