Intake for Site Development, Subdivision Improvement, and associated submittals moving to the 2nd floor

Building permit intake will remain at the first floor counter

Beginning September 5, the Planning and Development Services divisions will utilize a single intake counter on the second floor for submittals and customer walk-ins.  All staff will be available through the Planning and Development Services main office in Suite 210, located on the second floor of the McConico Building at 301 W. Bagdad, via the main phone line at 512-218-5428, and via their individual contact information.

The goal of this consolidation is to increase staff efficiency and better share resources within the department. Customers will need to come directly to Suite 210 to submit and retrieve all development applications and resubmittals excluding building permits, which will remain on the first floor at the Building Permit counter.

If you need to meet directly with a specific staff member(s), you are encouraged to schedule a meeting prior to visiting our office. We are currently experiencing a high volume of activity and the staff member being sought may not be available if you do not schedule ahead.
