Notice of Public Hearings Concerning Annexation, RR 2030 FLUM Amendment, and Original Zoning

Public hearings concerning the annexation of 232.75 acres of land will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2025, in City Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.

The purpose of the hearings is to consider public testimony concerning the requests filed by LJA Engineering, Inc., on behalf of the property Owner, Nelson Homestead Family Partnership LTD (tract #1), and property Owners, Debra and Marc Briggs (tract #2) for the following:

  • Tract #1:
    • AN25-000000: Annexation of approximately 2.67 acres of land.
  • Tract #2:
    • AN25-000001: Annexation of approximately 230.08 acres.
    • CPF25-00000: Amendment to the Round Rock 2030 Comprehensive Plan to designate approximately 76.66 acres of land for residential land use.
    • ZON25-00000: Original zoning of approximately 230.08 acres to the SF-3 (Single-Family – Mixed Lot) district.
