A portion of Oxford Boulevard has been closed, effective Nov. 21, because of concerns about the structural integrity of a culvert that was damaged in the Halloween storm flooding.

Initial repairs were made Nov. 15-16, but engineers are conducting an assessment to make sure the road is safe for travel and to make a recommendation for repairing the culvert.
