Detective Jeff Gogolewski and his canine partner Chapo (right) won first place at the National Narcotics Detector Dog Association Conference held in Laredo, Texas in April. Detective Gogolewsk and Chapo were competing against approximately 150 canine teams from across the U.S. and Mexico.
