The Round Rock Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an assault that occurred in late January.
At approximately 2:00 a.m. on January 24, 2025, officers were dispatched to the Main Street Bar, located at 101 E. Main Street, in reference to a reported assault.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was engaged in a verbal altercation with an unknown male outside the bar. While speaking with that individual, another male approached the victim from behind an
d struck him in the head—commonly referred to as a “sucker punch.” The impact caused the victim to lose consciousness and strike his head against a nearby window.
Suspect Description:
- White or Hispanic male with fair skin
- Approximately 30 to 50 years of age
- Average build
- Goatee
- Wearing a gray hat, gray jacket, gray pants, and white shoes
