Utility Billing office lobby to close early Friday

The Utility Billing Office lobby will close at 3:30 p.m. Friday, September 28 to allow staff to close out fiscal year 2018.

Other methods for payment will remain available on Friday afternoon, including:

Online Payment – A new customer portal is now available at RRTXWater.com. You can make a one-time payment or set up auto-pay. For a mobile-friendly experience, you can also download the RRTX Water app for Android or iOS (Apple) devices.

24 Hour Deposit Boxes – A deposit box is located at the corner of Bagdad Avenue and Sheppard Street at City Hall, 221 E. Main Street, in addition to a freestanding deposit box on the east side of of the building. Check or money orders only. NOTE: The staffed drive-through window has been permanently closed.
