The project will install three new right turn deceleration lanes near the corner of Louis Henna Blvd and IH 35 Northbound Frontage Rd.  Two (2) of the turn lanes are on the eastbound SH 45 Frontage Road (Louis Henna Blvd), with one into the shopping center approximately 600 ft east of the IH 35 Frontage Road and the other into the Target Driveway.  The third will be installed on the northbound I-35 Frontage Road approximately 1,000 feet south of the SH 45 Frontage Road (Louis Henna Blvd).  In addition to the turn lanes, the project will make appropriate signal improvements at the Target driveway.
