SH 45 Frontage Roads between Donnell and Heatherwilde – This project is a coordinated effort between the cities of Round Rock and Pflugerville. Both entities see a benefit to the local citizens and are investing in developing this project to complete work on the State’s system. This work is ongoing with an initial schematic layout being prepared and submitted to TxDOT for review and comment. TxDOT has sent review comments and the city through their consultant has made revisions and prepared comments to resubmit to TxDOT and TTA for further review and coordination. The City, TxDOT and the TTA are in the second round of comments being sent and addressed. Coordination with TxDOT and the TTA is an ongoing process.
