The Utility Billing lobby, located on the first floor of City Hall, is currently open to customers.

The City continues to encourage utility customers to pay their bills online, over the phone toll-free at 1-855-894-2392 or drop off a check/money order in one of our 24-hour drop boxes, located at the corner of Bagdad Avenue and Sheppard Street at City Hall, 221 E. Main Street, or on the east side of of the building.
