On Monday, Dec. 7, Round Rock Police arrested Henry Lee McGee, 68, of Round Rock, for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child. The incident was originally reported to the Austin Police Department by the victim’s parents and was referred to our Criminal Investigation Division.

Reports indicated McGee had been in a sexual relationship with a female victim since she was 13 years old.

An investigation revealed McGee had committed sexual acts with the victim in Round Rock since June 2014 and other locations. He was booked at the Williamson County Jail and later posted bond. This investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be pending.
