Fall into fun with arts events in Round Rock

There’s nothing better than fall in Round Rock, when the weather finally starts to cool (at least a little) and Downtown fills up with family-friendly festivals, live music and plenty of reasons to spend the weekend outside. From colorful chalk art and local vendors, the season kicks off with one of the City’s most anticipated weekend events.

The annual Round Rock Arts Fest takes place Oct. 3–5 at Centennial Plaza in Downtown Round Rock. Arts Fest traces its roots back to the annual Chalk Walk celebration, and the chalk art tradition continues this year alongside multiple areas where festival attendees can show off their own creativity. The event also includes performances of dance, live music, martial arts, acrobatics and more, with a total of 114 vendors confirmed for this year’s festival.

While there, visitors can also enjoy the 10th annual Oktoberfest celebration, featuring suds-crafting by the brewers of Round Rock’s own Bluebonnet Beer Company. Oktoberfest highlights include German-style beers, polka music, artisan vendors, competitions and more. Learn more
