The Old Settlers Park Expansion includes relocation of the existing tennis complex to 10 acres located just off Old Settlers Boulevard and Kenney Fort Boulevard. Work included additional parking for the tennis courts, and construction occurred while the current tennis complex was still in use to mitigate any downtime for the tennis community.
Construction began in late 2024 and the courts officially opened in April 2026. The complex totals 17 tennis courts and nine pickleball courts, with two tennis courts convertible to add up to four additional pickleball courts for tournament play.
