About the Presenter: Andra Roussel is the Executive Account Manager for Reference Solutions. She is passionate about helping public libraries connect with their communities—especially small businesses—through training, onsite visits, and tailored support. With a background in education and nearly 30 years working with Reference Solutions, she’s all about empowering library staff and patrons with high-quality, actionable data.

PolicyMap (1 to 2:30 p.m.) helps you explore community demographics, housing, health, income, and more—perfect for grants, planning, and outreach.

About the Presenter: Betsy joined PolicyMap in 2014 working in outreach to the academic and public library market. Prior to that, she worked in the online information industry including 12+ years with Thomson Dialog in strategic account management, subject training and customer support for the pharmaceutical, business and intellectual property markets. She has an undergraduate degree from Villanova and an MSLS from Drexel.
