CANCELED: Chalk Walk Arts Festival returns to Round Rock Oct. 1-2

UPDATE: The City of Round Rock has canceled the 2021 Chalk Walk and Arts Festival scheduled for Oct. 1-2 at Dell Diamond due to weather conditions.

Round Rock’s annual Chalk Walk Arts Festival is back in 2021 and will be held at Dell Diamond Oct. 1 and 2. The festival is set to take place from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 1 and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2. Admission is free.

The popular festival features something for the whole family and draws over 60,000 attendees with hundreds of artists, vendors, sponsors, local and regional musicians, theatrical performances, food and more.

Chalk Walk provides a great opportunity for artists to showcase their work, find sponsorship opportunities and even win prizes! Artists and vendors are highly encouraged to apply and participate in this year’s Festival and create some magic.

  • Most Creative: $100
  • Best Representation of Round Rock: $100
  • Best Animal: $100

  • Best Elementary School: $250, 2nd place Elementary School: $50, 3rd place Elementary School: $25
  • Best Middle School: $250, 2nd place Middle School: $50, 3rd place Middle School: $25
  • Best High School: $250, 2nd place High School: $50, 3rd place High School: $25
