City of Round Rock has received a significant number of calls and messages related to City of Round Rock water. Our treatment infrastructure is completely separate from Austin Water and we have experienced no issues. The City has not issued a boil water notice and there is no need for our customers to boil water. City of Round Rock water is safe for all uses.
