City wins national awards for visioning, communications

On Sept. 12, the City of Round Rock took home a Savvy Award, a Silver Circle Award, and two Awards of Excellence from the City-County Communications and Marketing Association (3CMA) at its 2013 Savvy Awards competition.

The Play for All Abilities Park won the Savvy Award for Community Visioning.

The Shop the Rock ad won the Silver Circle Award for Public Service Announcement.

The Awards of Excellence went to the Rock’N Lights promotional video for Special or One Time Video Program and to the City’s Water Conservation Program in the Go Green category.

3CMA is the leading organization for local governments that are innovating new and better ways of communicating with their citizens.
